Disneyland Resort has expanded its food options within Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park. It has introduced classic New York-style pizza slices to the Marvel-themed land. Announced on October 9, the new dining choice gives visitors a quick and familiar food option near the Hyperion Theater.
Where to Find the New Pizza Slices
According to Disney food updates, the new menu items are available at the second food cart inside Avengers Campus. This cart has gone through several menu changes over the years. Most recently, it served pizza pockets before switching to standard New York-style slices.
Guests visiting the cart can choose from two classic options:
- Cheese Pizza: Priced at $9.49 per slice
- Pepperoni Pizza: Priced at $9.99 per slice
Addressing Longstanding Guest Feedback
The new pizza cart menu arrives after years of mixed reviews from parkgoers about Avengers Campus. Since its opening, some visitors and Disney fans have criticized the land. They pointed to its sparse layout, few major attractions, and lack of shaded areas to escape the California sun.

Dining within Avengers Campus mostly centers around Pym Test Kitchen, where food and beverages change size using “Pym Particles.” Other spots include Pym Tasting Lab and the Shawarma Palace carts. While those locations offer themed specialties like giant pretzels and chicken sandwiches, the new pizza cart provides a straightforward, traditional quick-bite alternative for guests exploring Disney California Adventure.
The new pizza slices are available now during regular park operating hours. Visitors heading to Disney California Adventure can find the cart near the pathway that leads toward the Hyperion Theater.
