Audi Field has outlined matchday operations and cultural celebrations for D.C. United’s home fixture against Red Bull New York. Scheduled for October 14, the evening is designated as Noche Latina, transforming the stadium into a showcase of music, food, and community activations.
Gates at Audi Field open at 6:00 p.m. ahead of the 7:30 p.m. kickoff. Fans attending the Major League Soccer matchup in Washington can experience cultural programming spread across the concourses, including specialized merchandise and entertainment.
Noche Latina Festivities and Halftime Entertainment
The centerpiece of the evening’s entertainment is a live halftime performance by artist Alex Sensation. The club shop also features limited-edition Noche Latina-themed shirts for supporters.
Concourse activities feature prominent club partners offering giveaways, photo opportunities, and interactive experiences:
- McDonald’s: Photo booth and coupon giveaway.
- Heineken: Product sampling and special bar redemptions.
- Lafayette Federal Credit Union: Exclusive fan giveaways.
- Colony Grill & Harris Teeter: Lucky Row promotions.
Supporters can participate in the 50/50 raffle, which benefits D.C. United’s official charitable partner, DC SCORES, to support youth community programs throughout the District.
Latin-Inspired Concession Specials
Audi Field’s culinary team has curated a menu for the celebration. Fans can purchase Latin-inspired food and drink items throughout the stadium concourses.
Highlighted concession offerings include Mexican hot dogs, beef empanadas, chicken quesadillas, and veggie quesadillas. Audi Field is also hosting a matchday happy hour featuring $5 12-ounce Tecate options at all Grab ‘n Go locations from when gates open until kickoff.
Matchday Logistics and Team Context
To ensure smooth entry, D.C. United recommends that all attendees download the official D.C. United mobile app, log in with their Ticketmaster credentials, and add their digital match tickets directly to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
On the pitch, D.C. United enters the fixture looking for a strong result against an eighth-place Red Bull New York side. The teams previously played out a 4-4 draw in Harrison, New Jersey, earlier in the season, highlighted by a hat trick from D.C. United forward Tai Baribo. With postseason positioning on the line and a festive atmosphere in the stands, Audi Field is primed for an energetic closing stretch of the regular season.
