Organizers for the joint stadium tour featuring R&B stars Usher and Chris Brown abruptly canceled three upcoming concert dates. Announced on Friday, Oct. 9, 2026, the scheduling changes affect performances in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Columbia, South Carolina. Event coordinators cited adjustments made to protect the health and well-being of the artists’ touring party and crew.
The cancellations impact several major sports venues across the United States. The Cincinnati performance, originally scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 24, at Paycor Stadium (home of the Cincinnati Bengals), has been called off. Also removed from the schedule were the Indianapolis show at Lucas Oil Stadium and the Columbia concert planned for Williams-Brice Stadium.
Ticketmaster confirmed the changes to fans seeking information online, displaying notices that read, “Event canceled. Unfortunately, the event organizer has had to cancel your event.”
Refund Information and Ticket Policies
Ticketing platforms outlined clear procedures for individuals who purchased passes to the affected venues. Ticketmaster announced that automatic refunds will be processed and returned to the original purchaser’s payment method. Depending on banking processing times, funds are expected to appear within 14 to 21 days.
Organizers noted specific conditions regarding transferred tickets. Customers who received tickets via secondary transfers will not receive refunds directly. Instead, all monies will go back exclusively to the original buyers who purchased the seats through authorized primary outlets.
Remaining Tour Dates and Background
The sudden removal of the three stadium dates comes amid a busy touring schedule for the two Grammy-winning performers. While the midwestern and certain regional stops have been trimmed from the itinerary, other high-profile dates on the joint tour are slated to proceed as planned. These include stops at major venues like MetLife Stadium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, SoFi Stadium, Caesars Superdome, and Hard Rock Stadium.
Neither Usher nor Chris Brown released immediate personal statements detailing the adjustments. However, ticket holders are encouraged to monitor official channels and ticketing platforms for any further updates regarding the remainder of the tour.
