The final chapter of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War is officially approaching as Pierrot Films releases its final promotional trailer ahead of two concluding episodes scheduled for October 19 and October 26, 2026. The preview highlights Ichigo Kurosaki’s ultimate battle against Yhwach, whose destructive powers threaten the survival of the Living World, Soul Society, and Hueco Mundo.

Titled “THE LAST PV,” the trailer revisits major battles from the current story arc before introducing high-octane footage from the approaching climax. Ichigo and Yhwach dominate the preview, while Uryu Ishida, the Soul Reapers, and their allies prepare to make their final stand against the Quincy King. The footage features damaged landscapes, fast-paced combat, and escalating destruction as Yhwach pursues his plan to reshape reality.

- Episode 50 (Series Finale): Airs on October 26, 2026, at 8:30 AM PT.

Expanding Tite Kubo’s Original Vision
Created by Tite Kubo, Bleach was originally serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2001 to 2016, concluding with 74 volumes and exceeding 130 million copies in circulation worldwide. The original television anime adaptation ran from 2004 to 2012 before the franchise returned in 2022 to adapt the manga’s concluding arc.
Because health issues rushed the manga’s final weeks during its original publication, the anime adaptation has introduced significant extensions and anime-original material under Kubo’s direct supervision as general supervisor. This final stretch aims to deliver the definitive version of the story’s ending.
Confirmed cast additions for the epilogue include Azusa Tachibana as Kazui Kurosaki and Ayaka Ohashi as Ichika Abarai, confirming that the anime will adapt the manga’s final flash-forward chapter.
Special Events and Franchise Celebrations
To celebrate the monumental conclusion, a special marathon screening and talk event will be held on October 25, 2026, at United Cinemas Aqua City Odaiba in Japan. Scheduled guests include:
- Masakazu Morita (Voice of Ichigo Kurosaki)
- Noriaki Sugiyama (Voice of Uryu Ishida)
- Tite Kubo (Original Creator)
- Hikaru Murata (Director)
- Sadahiko Tominaga (Animation Producer)
Beyond the October broadcast, the franchise will host the major “Bleach Fes” event in February 2027 featuring 15 voice actors to commemorate the complete animated journey of the legendary shonen series.
