Carabinieri officers stationed in Roccasecca arrested a 55-year-old man from Aquino, who resides in Roccasecca, following an imprisonment order from local prosecutors. The individual was taken into custody to serve a combined sentence for past offenses committed in Castrocielo and Sessa Aurunca.
Details of the Imprisonment Order
According to reports from October 7, the enforcement order came from the Criminal Enforcement Office of the Santa Maria Capua Vetere Public Prosecutor’s Office. The man must serve a total combined sentence of 10 months, consisting of six months of standard imprisonment and four months of detention.
The cumulative sentence covers two separate legal cases from previous years:
- An incident in Castrocielo from 2019, which involved the unauthorized carrying of objects capable of causing physical harm.
- A theft committed in 2022 in Sessa Aurunca, located within the Caserta province.
Transfer to Cassino Prison
Following the formal execution of the warrant by the Carabinieri of Roccasecca, authorities processed the 55-year-old man and transferred him to the Cassino prison facility. He remains held at the correctional institution to complete the remainder of his judicial sentence under the supervision of local judicial authorities.
