Actress and director Eva Longoria has officially brought her culinary travel docuseries, Eva Longoria: Searching for France, to television audiences in the United Kingdom. The eight-part series made its UK debut on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer on September 27, 2026.
The food and travel program follows Longoria as she journeys across multiple regions of France-including Paris, Provence, Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Alsace. Throughout the episodes, she examines the nation’s fine dining culture, deep-rooted culinary traditions, and historical agricultural practices.
Longoria, a dedicated Francophile and fluent French speaker, approaches the project as a personal exploration. The series originally premiered in the United States on April 12, 2026, airing on CNN and HBO Max. It serves as a continuation of the popular travel franchise previously spearheaded by Stanley Tucci’s exploration of Italy.
Produced in collaboration between Longoria’s Hyphenate Media Group and Dragonfly, the show has already achieved notable success. The franchise has won three Primetime Emmy Awards and has officially been renewed for a second season, which is scheduled to air in 2027.
