Jujutsu Kaisen Final Exhibition Reveals Tokyo Event Details

October 12, 2026 3 min read 0 comments

The touring Jujutsu Kaisen exhibition is officially concluding its nationwide run in Tokyo. It brings exclusive production materials and fresh creator commentary to the heart of the story’s final battle. Manga creator Gege Akutami will contribute unique insights into the manga finale during the upcoming event, scheduled from December 25, 2026, to January 25, 2027.

According to reports from Oricon and event organizers, the final leg of the exhibition will take place at the Shinjuku Sumitomo Building Triangle Square (Sankaku Hiroba) in West Shinjuku, Tokyo. Previous stops in Shibuya, Osaka, Fukuoka, Sendai, Nagoya, and Iwate drew over 300,000 visitors. This final venue will shift its primary focus toward the dramatic Shinjuku Showdown Arc.

Shinjuku Showdown Focus and Unseen Production Materials

The Shinjuku event is billed as the ultimate “completion” exhibition (kanketsu-ten). It expands significantly on the series’ endgame, where jujutsu sorcerers faced off against Ryomen Sukuna. Fans attending the exhibition will gain access to previously unrevealed production materials spanning manga volumes 28 through 30.

Exhibits will feature:

  • Storyboards and early rough drafts from Gege Akutami’s personal archives
  • Background designs illustrating the digital drawing workflow
  • Step-by-step development records showing initial concepts through to published pages
  • Exclusive question-and-answer commentary where Akutami discusses selected manga scenes

Organizers have also unveiled a striking new key visual for the final chapter, illustrated by Akutami himself. The updated promotional artwork places Yuta Okkotsu and Rika at the center against a dramatic red, black, and green composition. A refreshed companion visual highlights Yuji Itadori and Ryomen Sukuna.

Ticket Information, Pricing, and Entry Rules

Admission to the Jujutsu Kaisen Final Exhibition in Shinjuku operates on a timed-entry system to manage crowds over the busy Christmas and New Year holiday period. The venue is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with final admission at 7:30 PM. It will be closed on January 1, 2027.

Ticket pricing and categories include:

  • General Admission (Adults): ¥2,200
  • Junior and High School Students: ¥1,600
  • Children (Ages 4 through Elementary School): ¥1,000
  • Limited Goods Ticket: ¥4,600 (includes admission plus an exclusive acrylic diorama based on Chapter 271, “Korekara”)

Ticketing involves specific procedures for attendees. Early access for high-demand dates between December 25 and January 11 was handled via e-plus lotteries. General sales for remaining slots open on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are paper-only and must be physically printed out at FamilyMart multi-copy machines prior to arrival, as tickets are not sold at the venue on the day of the event.

Visitor Guidelines and Venue Access

International fans and local visitors should note several operational guidelines enforced by the venue. All exhibition displays and smartphone-based audio guides are provided entirely in Japanese, and translation apps are strictly prohibited inside the exhibition spaces. Photography is limited to designated photo-op zones, and video recording is banned.

Because the exhibition area lacks cloakrooms, restrooms, and luggage storage, oversized bags, suitcases, and wheeled luggage are prohibited. Attendees are advised to use coin lockers located at nearby train stations.

The Shinjuku Sumitomo Building Triangle Square offers direct connections to Tochōmae Station (Exit A6) on the Toei Ōedo Line. It is also a short four-minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station on the Marunouchi Line or an eight-minute walk from the west exit of major Shinjuku Station hubs.
