Professional wrestler Benjamin Satterley, known globally by his ring name Pac, has died at the age of 40, All Elite Wrestling (AEW) announced on Sunday evening, September 27, 2026. The sudden news comes just one day after he competed at the company’s All Out pay-per-view event in Chicago.
Satterley performed on Saturday night, September 26, at the NOW Arena, taking part in the opening match of the broadcast against Andrade El Idolo for the AEW National Championship. As of Sunday night, AEW has not disclosed the cause or circumstances surrounding his death.

Born in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, Satterley began his professional wrestling journey in 2004. He initially built his reputation on the UK independent circuit before gaining international attention in promotions such as Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) in the United States and Dragon Gate in Japan. Fans quickly recognized him for his exceptional athleticism and signature high-flying moves.
In 2012, Satterley signed with WWE, where he performed under the name Neville. Earning the nickname “The Man That Gravity Forgot,” he achieved significant success in WWE’s NXT division, where he won the NXT Championship and was a two-time NXT Tag Team Champion. After moving to the main roster, he became a two-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion. Satterley left WWE in late 2017 before officially becoming a free agent in mid-2018.
