Television personality Scarlett Moffatt has welcomed her second child, a baby boy named Clark Xander Dobinson, with her fiancé, Scott Dobinson. The 35-year-old former Gogglebox star announced the happy family expansion on social media, revealing that the newborn arrived earlier than expected on Monday.

Sharing the news on Instagram, Moffatt posted a series of photographs from the hospital, including images taken in an operating theatre. Alongside the pictures, she opened up about the challenges of the delivery, noting that the birth was more complicated than planned.

‘Our beautiful boy is here! Clark Xander Dobinson,’ Moffatt wrote in her social media caption. ‘Arriving a little earlier than expected and not quite as straightforward as planned, our little family of four was made complete on Monday. Our hearts have never been so full, and I’d do it all again for you, Clark.’

Expanding the Family After Fertility Struggles

The arrival of baby Clark completes a family of four for the couple, who are already parents to their three-year-old son, Jude. Moffatt announced her second pregnancy in April, sharing an emotional video featuring herself, Scott, and Jude holding up an ultrasound scan.

The TV star has previously been open about her journey to motherhood. It took the couple four years to conceive Jude, leading them to cherish every moment of their growing family. Speaking ahead of the birth, Moffatt expressed gratitude for her growing family, noting how quickly her second pregnancy had passed compared to her first experience.

Warm Wishes From Fans and Celebrity Friends

Following the announcement, Moffatt’s post was quickly flooded with congratulatory messages from fans and fellow television personalities. Singer Amelia Lily commented, ‘Congratulations to you all,’ while presenter Denise Welch shared her joy, writing, ‘Oh Scarlett how wonderful xx.’

Moffatt has frequently expressed her excitement about raising boys, previously telling media outlets that she felt born to be a boy mum and was thrilled to give Jude a brother to share his life with. The family is now settling in at home following Clark’s early arrival.
