Professional dancer Isabel Edvardsson will return to the “Let’s Dance” family as a guest judge. She will appear at six live tour performances across Germany and Austria. RTL confirmed that the 44-year-old Swedish dancer will step in for regular judge Motsi Mabuse. This covers selected dates of the upcoming arena tour, which runs from November 4 through December 8, 2026.
Edvardsson will join permanent judges Joachim Llambi and Jorge González at the desk. They will evaluate competing celebrity couples and professional dancers. This arrangement offers fans a reunion with a familiar face. Edvardsson sat out the regular 2026 television season to focus on her family responsibilities.
Exact Tour Dates and Locations
The live tour begins on November 4, 2026, in Riesa, spanning 38 scheduled performances. Edvardsson’s specific appearances as a guest judge are scheduled for these dates and cities:
- November 7, 2026: Munich (Olympiahalle)
- November 14, 2026: Hannover
- November 21, 2026: Frankfurt am Main (14:00 matinee performance)
- November 28, 2026: Stuttgart (14:00 matinee performance)

Concert promoter Semmel Concerts noted that in cities hosting multiple daily performances, Edvardsson’s judging assignments will take place during the afternoon matinee shows.
Family Commitments and Continued Franchise Loyalty
Edvardsson’s absence from the 2026 television broadcasts was a deliberate choice. As a mother of three, she explained that the intense training schedules conflicted with her domestic life. Outlining her philosophy to RTL, she stated that her commitment to the dance floor is strictly “all or nothing.”
Nevertheless, she maintains a deep connection to the show, which she described as her “20-year love.” Serving as a temporary guest judge allows her to participate without the demanding weekly physical training regimen. Taking over for Mabuse is familiar territory. Edvardsson previously stepped into the role during the 2025 live tour stops.
Star-Studded Tour Lineup
The 2026 “Let’s Dance” live arena tour features veteran host Daniel Hartwich guiding audiences. The celebrity roster includes recent winner Anna-Carina Woitschack, singer Milano, “Ninja Warrior” competitor Joel Mattli, actors Jan Kittmann and Esther Schweins, and former champion Rúrik Gíslason. Special guest performances will be delivered by Nadja Benaissa at select locations.
The professional dance ensemble features prominent figures such as Ekaterina Leonova, Kathrin Menzinger, Valentin and Renata Lusin, and Zsolt Sándor Cseke. They ensure high-energy performances alongside Edvardsson’s guest judging appearances.
