The public disclosure came after Kendrick published a screenshot of a fan message that praised her appearance. The follower wrote, “I’m seeing what Rick is seeing your so gorgeous.” Addressing the comment directly on social media, Kendrick responded bluntly, “He saw a punching bag.”
In subsequent posts on her stories, Kendrick displayed photographs from the day Rick Ross allegedly punched her, revealing a visible bruised lip. Expanding on the allegations, she wrote, “I don’t know a lot of things but I do know that a man that put his hands on me is a man that never loved me and never will.” She also warned other women about the dangers of staying in abusive situations, noting that violence tends to repeat itself after the first incident.
