Warhammer Community has officially unveiled a new festive miniature featuring the fan-favorite character Da Red Gobbo. The model arrives with a high-speed “Squigmobile” designed for rapid present delivery. Announced on October 16, 2026, this chaotic new model comes alongside a brand-new novella and specialized game rules for the upcoming holiday season.
The Squigmobile: High-Speed Festive Chaos
The new miniature depicts Da Red Gobbo operating a roaring, clanking mechanical contraption called the Squigmobile. Designed with a focus on extreme speed to ensure “presents” reach their destinations, the vehicle features a distinctive bomb-shaped sidecar. Occupying this sidecar is Da Red Gobbo’s long-suffering “elf” assistant, who appears notably miserable during the high-speed transit.
In a nod to safety-or a distinct lack thereof-the miniature shows Da Red Gobbo wearing a helmet while navigating the unruly machine. The model is expected to be available for pre-order in the near future, offering collectors a unique piece for their Orks or Gretchin armies.
New Literature: Da Red Gobbo’s Reckoning
Black Library is releasing a new novella titled Da Red Gobbo’s Reckoning to expand the lore of the galaxy’s most famous revolutionary Gretchin. Written by Chem Dog author Callum Davis, the story follows a ratling fixer named Ector Flynn and his squad of snipers.
The plot centers on Flynn’s team being deployed into a snow-cloaked wasteland by Catachan commanders to hunt down Da Red Gobbo. After enduring months of hardship under the Jungle Fighters, the squad faces unexpected challenges when their red-coated quarry turns the mission into a lesson in vengeance.
