Born on November 16, 2012, Fiona was the second daughter of Chad Lowe and Kim Painter, who have been married since August 2010. She grew up alongside her older sister, Mabel Painter, born in 2009, and her younger sister, Nixie Barbara, born in 2016. Her middle name, Hepler, honored her late grandmother’s maiden name.
Chad Lowe, 58, frequently shared glimpses of his family life on social media. In November 2025, the proud father posted a heartfelt birthday tribute celebrating Fiona officially entering her teenage years, writing, “Keep dancing through life FiBear! Love you soooo much!!”
