Olympic gymnastics champion Simone Biles and her husband, Indianapolis Colts safety Jonathan Owens, have quickly secured a buyer for their former home in Spring, Texas. The property, listed for $1.275 million, entered the pending-sale stage within six days of hitting the market, according to listing records.
The four-bedroom residence served as the couple’s primary living space while construction was underway on their custom-built, lakefront dream mansion nearby. Property records indicate that the home is situated in the gated Castle Court section of Benders Landing Estates.
Property Details and Luxury Features
Built in 2019, the contemporary residence spans about 3,998 square feet and sits on more than an acre of land with no back neighbors. The property features four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, two primary suites, a media room, a private study, and an oversized three-car garage.
The interior highlights an open-concept layout centered around a modern fireplace, soaring ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is equipped with a waterfall island, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a hidden pantry. Additional amenities include a custom wine wall with its own refrigerator, a sauna, and a dedicated mudroom outfitted with a pet-washing and feeding station.
Outside, the estate offers a secluded backyard complete with a resort-style swimming pool and ample privacy. Biles originally acquired the home through a trust in 2020. While the property has entered the pending stage, the final selling price remains undisclosed because Texas is a non-disclosure state, though the Houston Business Journal reported its appraised value was about $1.2 million.
Transition to Custom Mansion and Indianapolis
The swift sale comes nearly a year after Biles and Owens wrapped up construction on their long-awaited waterfront estate, a multi-year project that faced initial delays due to homeowner association approvals. Biles and Owens moved into their permanent custom residence in early 2025.
After Owens signed a one-year contract with the Indianapolis Colts, Biles shared plans to divide her time between Texas and Indianapolis. Their primary home base remains in their custom Texas lakefront estate as the athletic power couple streamlines their real estate portfolio.
